3-Hour Stories - Fictional ramblings

by Heidi Paredes

I never finish anything. I’ve been writing for a donkey’s age and at best I have one or two stories that I might call complete. At this point, I imagine even Leonardo da Vinci would be frustrated at my never-ending compulsion to edit and re-write.

Then I think of other artist (The Beatles, Agatha Christie, Terry Pratchett), they churn out project after project. Not all of them are gems, but so many are that I have to think, maybe quantity is an important element I’m missing.

So, I’m giving myself three hours to write something and an hour to edit/post it online. The end result doesn’t have to be good just finished.
